Yes, I agree, it's not bad work, and I'm sure a relatively minor mistake in the way he was pushing it.. BSG did reach out to me and appreciated my point, asking for whatever advice I can give, and I though that was very cool of him... I told him I'll def. give whatever advice I can, and was glad he didn't take me calling him out the wrong way, lol, I'm really just trying to help him and others.. But at the same time, the advice I preached re: not spamming via Twitter, is available all over! Read any "Top 5 ways to use Twitter" posts by any one of 123987 bloggers, and the same kind of advice is there.. So my overall point really is that a people need to take the time to think about what they are doing, before they do it, or they risk making a bad name for themselves. This 'social media' thing is becoming more art than science, so it requires thought and planning before jumping in with both feet. Hopefully BSG will be better off for this (again, he was very cool about it), as well as whoever else might come across this blog, which is the point. I want to hear hot stuff. I am trying to do my part to protect the perception and promote professionalism regarding promotion of hip-hop music, so hopefully, these words will help that cause.
